Summary
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules for a variety of construction projects. This role involves creating and maintaining schedules for active projects, creating schedules for estimating purposes, as well as developing concept schedules for alternative delivery project proposals. Assist estimating team with Lump sum cost proposals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with construction scheduling software, a deep understanding of construction processes, and excellent organizational skills.
Essential Functions
Manage the project's master schedule including monthly schedule submissions to the owner
Prepare Time Impact Analysis when required
Prepare/assist with other schedules; training, 3-week, startup, etc.
Prepare schedule reports as needed by the team
Walk project to gather update/actual information
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
5+ years of experience performing project level scheduling with Primavera P6
Experience on water treatment projects
Experience with revenue loaded schedules and billings
Primavera experience from college courses or construction work is required.
Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil /Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's Degree required
Basic understanding of constructability issues, knowledge of techniques, trade sequencing for planning
AACE - PSP or PMI certification is a plus.
