My client is an innovative company that manufactures and develops metal and plastic solutions for a variety of industries. They are seeking to hire an Senior HR Generalist responsible for supporting HR leadership and management with various projects. Assist with recruiting efforts, manage pre-hire requirements and onboard employees. In this role, you will also manage employee relations and support the managers on manufacturing floor with attendance.
Responsibilities:
Manage pre-hire tasks (background, drug testing) and onboarding for the organization
Assist with benefits enrollment and open enrollment season
Support the development and drive the delivery of an integrated, business oriented approach to human resource strategies, policies, programs and solutions
Manage employee relations and attendance in collaboration with managers
Identification and development of solutions to support business priorities
Development and implementation of policies and procedures
Assist with organizational development efforts including organization design and planning, team building and development, and leadership development
Collaborate with management to support recruiting efforts as needed
Manage company TV of Events; monthly events calendar for employees
Assist with all events including hiring events; planning, organizing for the company
Support business growth and transformation, key strategic initiatives
Manage multiple projects, maintain project integrity and meet deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Min. 3-5+ years of Human Resources experience within Industrial Manufacturing industry required
Min. 2+ years' experience with HR onboarding, background checks, HR generalist responsibilities
Previous employee relations experience
Knowledge/Understanding of federal and state employment/labor laws (FMLA, etc.)
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Offering:
Base Salary $90,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)
