Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Quality and Returns Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and managing the returns process efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and document any defects or issues with products.
Manage the returns process, including receiving, inspecting, and processing returned items.
Collaborate with the production and customer service teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of product inspections, returns, and quality control activities.
Analyze return data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide feedback to suppliers and manufacturers to improve product quality.
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality control, product inspection, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket.
Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
