The company, in the drive-thru car wash space, has 5 locations throughout California, Oregon, and New Mexico. They are looking to add 5 more locations in the next 12 months and plan to reach 25 locations in the next 5+ years.
They seek an energetic leader to lead a team, serve guests, and maintain advanced car wash equipment. Potential candidates should have experience leading teams, preferably in a retail service environment, be able to multitask, enjoy developing new leaders, and demonstrate a high level of initiative. Candidates should be excited to learn to operate and maintain car wash equipment.

Responsibilities include:
Ensure guest satisfaction
Establish daily priorities and ensure the execution
Manage overall vehicle flow and production in operation
Ensure training of all team members
Adherence and compliance with all established policies, procedures, and processes
Facility appearance; interior and exterior
Evaluate team member performance and set goals
Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
Profit and loss (P&L) management
Order supplies and equipment parts as needed
Review/establish business projections and determine weekly needs
Create work schedule for all team members
Hold monthly meetings to ensure team members are well-informed
Recruitment of store team members
Qualifications:
Experience leading a team of retail associates
Ability to lead team members and be a good role model
Excellent communication skills
Well organized, detailed-oriented and observant
Professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficient
Car Wash industry experience is a plus
Mechanical aptitude is a plus - must be willing to learn to work with and repair car wash equipment
Must be able to stand for the majority of the shift
Must be able to work outdoors for the majority of shifts
