Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement innovative sales plans aimed at achieving revenue goals and growing market share in the nonprofit sector.
Lead and motivate a sales development team, fostering success both individually and as a group.
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align and optimize sales strategies.
Regularly analyze market trends and sales data, providing insights for ongoing improvements and innovations.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management within the fintech industry.
Strong understanding of the U.S. nonprofit sector and experience selling financial services or products to these organizations is a plus.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a sales team and key stakeholders.
A strategic mindset with hands-on ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive revenue and expand market presence.
Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales processes.
