SHAWOOD, the premier arm of Woodside Homes, seeks elite talent to join our distinguished team in Folsom, CA. As the pinnacle of architectural excellence and luxury homebuilding, SHAWOOD is where innovation meets design to create breathtaking homes.

As a SHAWOOD Homes Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of our premium, precision-crafted homes, representing the flagship brand of Sekisui House, Japan's largest homebuilder. This role calls for a sophisticated, dynamic individual who not only understands high-end design but also embodies Sekisui House's values of Truth & Trust, Love of Humanity, and a commitment to Creating More Than Just Houses. You will guide discerning clients through an inspiring homebuying journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our mission of making homes the happiest places in the world. This position is for someone passionate about elevating the customer experience, design expertise, and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and excellence.

These positions begin on December 9th with eight weeks of paid training, ensuring you are fully prepared before the first models open in Folsom, CA in March, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers, fostering a bond that transcends a typical sales interaction.
  • Utilize your expertise in design and architectural technology (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Rendering) to help clients visualize their dream homes with precision.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding the unique desires of each client, from aesthetic preferences to lifestyle aspirations, ensuring a personalized and enriching customer journey.

Sales & Performance Excellence
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by leveraging client referrals, your professional network, and targeted marketing strategies, demonstrating SHAWOOD's excellence in quality and performance.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on evolving client needs, market trends, and opportunities for innovation, ensuring SHAWOOD continues to lead the industry in both design and technology.
  • Continuously refine your sales approach through training, with an emphasis on consultative selling and value-driven communication.

Customer Experience Leadership
  • Deliver unparalleled service by guiding clients through SHAWOOD's unique end-to-end integrated value chain, from the initial discovery phase through to post-purchase maintenance and beyond.
  • Act as the primary touchpoint for customers, ensuring their experience with SHAWOOD is one of trust, transparency, and lasting satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries with impeccable communication skills, ensuring responses are not only informative but reflect the elegance and prestige of the SHAWOOD brand.

Innovative Sales Strategy & Market Insight
  • Lead dynamic sales presentations that showcase SHAWOOD's industry-leading technologies, including our ZEH environmental standards and S-MJ construction method, positioning our homes as more than just buildings, but eco-conscious, high-performance living solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that highlight SHAWOOD's focus on design excellence, sustainability, and technological advancement, positioning the brand as the pinnacle of modern homebuilding.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of relevant experience in homebuilding, real estate sales or design sales background: (furniture, art, retail, events, jewelry).
  • Real Estate license or willing to obtain at the cost of the company.

Success Metrics:
  • Flawless execution of the SHAWOOD customer experience through all critical touchpoints.
  • Strong sales performance driven by high client satisfaction and referral business.
  • Positive contribution to the innovation and sustainability initiatives at SHAWOOD.
  • Successful CRM adoption and measurements are critical.

Interview Process:
  • Applicant Screening though Talent Acquisition team. (15 mins)
  • Predictive Index Assessment
  • Panel Meetings either virtual or live (total of 3 meetings)
  • Offer extended
