Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise Wi-Fi design, deployment, and large-scale operations, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Tier 1 Wi-Fi vendors (Cisco, Meraki, Arista, Mist, etc.), including system testing, RF surveying, optimization, Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) Certifications Lab, test automation, validation of residential and enterprise access points, controller products, and customer support.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Wi-Fi protocols per IEEE 802.11 standards (a, b, g, n, ac, ax).
Minimum 3 years of experience working with Bluetooth, including familiarity with various Bluetooth versions.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Wi-Fi security standards (WPA2, WPA3) and Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP).
Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi supplicants and client device stacks, with a focus on Android and iOS Wi-Fi stacks.
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in planning survey tools (AirMagnet, Ekahau).
Experience with testing tools like Spectrum Analyzer, IxVeriwave, IxChariot traffic generator, iPerf3, Wireshark, Omnipeek, Spirent C50, NetScout, and Octoscope Box.
Experience with RADIUS servers (FreeRADIUS, HOSTAPD on Linux, Microsoft IAS, and other AAA platforms).
Expertise in various testing types, including functional, feature, integration, performance, stress, and system testing for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth products.
Experience with bug management tools (Jira, Bugzilla).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Shell, Python, Go) and ability to code for scripting and automation; a DevOps/CI-CD mindset is a plus.
Experience with platforms (Windows, Linux, Android, macOS).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
