Position Overview: As part of our Dynamics 365 CE team, you'll have the opportunity to create and implement innovative solutions to support our clients' customer engagement goals. We're looking for skilled professionals to develop intelligent cloud services and work on high-scale customer journey orchestration features.
Technical Skills and Experience: For the Technology Lead role, 7+ years of experience is required, and for the Technology Analyst role, 4+ years of experience is needed. Below are the key technical skills we are seeking:
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE): Proven expertise in managing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE.
Azure Implementations: Hands-on experience with Azure Apps, Services, APIs, and Data integrations.
C# & .NET Customizations: Proficient in C# and .NET for developing and customizing Dynamics 365 applications.
Software Engineering Best Practices: Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and solid experience in coding, testing, debugging, and problem-solving.
Key Qualifications:
Location: Candidates should be within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or Raleigh, NC, or be willing to relocate.

Education: A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent is required. (Three years of progressive experience in the field may be considered in place of each year of education.)
