Responsibilities
Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services to clients, with the potential to lead less complex client relationships.
Assist in managing and performing team to-do list.
Assist in making recommendations for and managing execution of investment decisions.
Review client reports, including net worth statements, performance reports, and estate planning flowcharts.
Assist in preparation for client meetings, documenting discussions, and managing follow-up.
Review and maintain estimated tax payment calculations.
Perform high level review of client tax returns as needed (primarily 1040's, 1065's, 1041's and 709's).
Work with Wealth Advisor to identify estate planning issues and opportunities; coordinate execution with attorneys.
Communicate with clients regarding financial/tax/estate planning topics.
Take proactive steps to enhance client service and maximize wealth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree
CPA license and/or CFP designation
4-8 years of relevant experience
Family office or public accounting experience, a plus
Experience with the following technology: Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Suite, Planning Software, CCH Prosystem fx Tax, Bloomberg Income Tax Planner ("BNA")
Advanced knowledge of tax, investment, and estate planning strategies for UHNW individuals and families
Experience with custodian interaction

Physical Requirements
This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.
This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
