Job Description:
DescriptionThe selected individual will serve as a liaison between, customers, clients, and sales for a prominent electrical distributor company.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe duties for the position include:
- Communicating with customers, vendors in a positive and professional manner
- Responding to inquiries via email(primarily) and phone
- Acknowledging and resolving concerns at the first point of contact
- Maintain and update orders
- Completing open order reports for customers
- Conveying customer concerns to the salesperson
- Working with a team of other specialists and other departments to find appropriate solutions
- Communicating with vendors and work on expediting material
RequirementsRequirements for the position include:
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Multitasking skills
- Effective time management skills
- Comfortable on the phone
