This Talent Program Specialist role will be responsible for the continued development and execution of our Early in Career (EIC) Programs, dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent.
Responsibilities (Programs Planning & Execution):
Help with the allocation of program participants to the required teams and managers, leveraging tooling to review criteria, reallocate where necessary, manage communications and data entry.
Manage questions and escalations from program participants both pre-start and during the program to support their needs.
Schedule required touch points with program participants.
Work directly with our dedicated client partners to set expectations, send key reminders,and follow-up where necessary.
Establish partnerships with our Client Partners (Recruiting, Intern Managers, Intern Directors) where relevant; help to troubleshoot questions and follow the relevant escalation path where needed.
Support the part time extension process via Recruiting, HR and Programs, dealing with question/ escalations from client partners.
Facilitation of the the performance management process, including but not limited to Midpoint and Final evaluation sessions.
Own the creation of review sessions, calendar holds, collating and reviewing feedback, whilst ensuring that live sessions are setup.
Ongoing management and review of performance data , adding/adjusting collaborators as/when needed.
Staff EIC Program events.
Providing clear communication of progress, roadblocks and updates to the broader Programs team to ensure goals are met and best practices shared.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of HR, recruiting experience and/or program management
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externally
Experience working in a team environment and across cross functional teams
Ability to prioritize and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goals
Experience organizing events
Preferred Qualifications:
University Recruiting/Intern Program or Diversity Recruiting Programs experience highly desired
Experience with Microsoft office and Google Suite
Experience with HR/ Performance Management
