A well respected organization based in Hialeah are looking to hire a Financial Analyst on a permanent basis. The role will report directly into the CFO who is seeking an individual who is passionate about career growth and is seeking to develop towards a Controller position.
The position is not your usual Financial Analyst position. The CFO has identified a skillset gap in the business surrounding finance technology, Excel modelling and process automation/efficiency. As a result, he is looking for a Financial Analyst who can bring these skills to the business, whilst wanting to develop and grow within the accounting function - Ultimately developing into a Financial Controller.
The salary on offer is up to $85,000 per annum plus bonus, healthcare and medical, 4% 401K match and PTO.
Key duties will include:
Development of financial processes and seeking to drive efficiency where possible
Utilizing the finance systems and ERP to enhance reporting and processes
Financial Analysis on a monthly basis including variance to budget
Supporting the monthly close process including financial statement production
General ledger close including journal entries
Multiple account and balance sheet reconciliations
Ad hoc analysis and reporting where required
To be considered applicants must:
Be based within commuting distance of Hialeah - RELOCATION IS NOT AN OPTION DUE TO TIMING RESTRAINTS
Have at least 12 months financial analysis experience utilizing technologies and Excel (PowerBI/Tableau would be advantagoues
Be progressive and seeking a position that isn't solely analysis of FP&A with a willingness to learn and grow
