Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly, from planning through to completion, while adhering to budget and time constraints. Project is a 3 building, multi-family mid-rise project with a clubhouse and a man-made lake.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and financial adherence.
Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and solicit feedback.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, specifically in multi-family buildings.
Strong understanding of construction processes, costs, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with project management software and construction management tools.
