**Qualifications:**
Associate's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related science field required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of scientific instruments. Prior experience with specific product lines highly regarded.
Exceptional ability to perform detailed system level troubleshooting.
Demonstrated strong customer focus with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven system-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be self-motivated and capable of making independent decisions while managing time effectively.
Clean driving license and valid passport required for regular travel within your designated territory, including occasional overnight trips.
