Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) to oversee and manage various projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation through to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and compliance with specifications.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and ensure quality standards are met.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for project execution.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to MEP projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and codes.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
