We are a growing, mid-sized regional firm based in OH with over 200+ employees and multiple locations as well as remote employees. We serve a diverse ranges of clients in industries such as Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Technology, Retail, Financial Institutions, Small Businesses, HNWI's, Non Profits and more.

Key Responsibilities
Review for Individual, Corporation, Partnership tax returns including federal & state and local
Research and consult on complex tax issues
Engage in tax planning and business planning
Manage, train and mentor tax staff
Develop long term relationships with clients
Qualifications
Minimum of five years experience working at a public accounting firm
CPA certification required for Manager level
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Strong team management skills with experience leading, supervising and training staff
Ability to manage client expectations and relationships
Experience managing and reviewing complex business, individual and multi state tax returns
Experience performing tax research and resolving complicated issues
