Position: Medical Claims Representative Compensation: $20-23/hr Location: Olathe, KS Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Medical Claims Representative to join their team!
The Medical Claims Representative will be responsible for managing physician claims, including handling 1500 claims and denials.
Responsibilities:
Manage up to 120 claims daily, resolving rejections and ensuring timely submissions through Cerner, Epic, and Claims Scrub systems
Confirm receipt of daily billing files and submit paper claims and documentation as required by payers
Research, resolve, and report claim rejection trends or delays to management
Collaborate with the Patient Financial Services team to maintain smooth billing operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of experience with physician claims and denials, including 1500 claims
Proficiency in multiple computer systems such as Cerner, Epic, and Claims Scrub systems
Strong typing skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
2 years of physician accounting experience
Experience working in a fast-paced finance or healthcare environment
