Position Overview We are an established food manufacturing company seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes within our dairy production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, implement effective quality management systems, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in product safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for dairy production.
Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HACCP, FSMA, and other regulatory standards.
Lead investigations and corrective actions for quality-related issues.
Oversee and carry out the site's CAPA program, and work with operations leaders to support efforts for ongoing improvement.
Manage and maintain quality metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track performance and improvements.
Collaborate with production, supply chain, and laboratory teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
Oversee product testing and traceability processes to ensure product integrity and safety.
Manage quality-related budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in quality assurance in the dairy or food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as SQF, GMP, and HACCP.
Experience with internal and external audits, including FSMA regulations.
Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
