Position Overview The Sales Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that client expectations are met while driving business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in masonry, concrete restoration, and waterproofing to cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of sales projects from proposal to execution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Provide technical guidance on masonry, concrete restoration, and waterproofing solutions
Prepare and present project estimates and proposals
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Qualifications
Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
Strong skills in masonry, concrete restoration, and waterproofing
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
