The Center Operations team develops and implements a clear seasonal approach that drives the business forward through tools, resources, communication, and initiatives.

The Project Coordinator uses critical thinking, organization, and a collaborative approach to create and manage projects for the Center Operations Department. This detail-oriented person develops content and guidance to engage field leaders and drive results aligned to company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination, creation, and monitoring of seasonal and strategic projects from initiation to completion.


• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliverables to ensure seamless project execution.


• Create framework and governance for Center Operations initiatives.


• Manage project timelines, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.


• Prepare and present project updates as requested.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred OR project creation and management experience


• Proficiency in creating professional, on-brand, and engaging power point presentations


• Well-organized and meticulous, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work with people in a positive and professional manner
