Senior Drafter Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing detailed and accurate drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. This position requires a strong understanding of technical drafting principles and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and architects to bring projects to fruition.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and completeness of design.
Review and modify existing drawings as needed to meet project specifications.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Assist in the development of construction plans for both commercial and residential projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior drafters as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a drafter, with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Solid understanding of technical drafting principles and construction processes.
Experience in preparing construction plans and drawings for both commercial and residential projects.
Knowledge of 2D and 3D drafting techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
