Essential Job Responsibilities
Support EE components development with packaging and installation design activities .
Design, Develop and review and approve technical solutions and secure the alignment with EE strategies.
Responsible for securing the interest of electrical packaging and installation for all on going and potential future projects.
Have an operational responsibility in the day-to-day work within given processes and procedures.
Make decisions on larger adjustments and propose new technical solutions.
On Senior level applies advanced knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience.
Supporting junior team members and peers
Role model of lifelong learning, sharing knowledge and developing others as a trainer and/or coach.
May be digging deeper in own discipline, but is building broader Tshaped profile
Developing influence and working confidently within the wider network
Clear articulation of how he/she is creating value within their part for the TD/BA.
