Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Rockwell Automation Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of automated control systems using Rockwell Automation products and technologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality solutions that meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, program, and test Rockwell PLC systems for various industrial applications.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather requirements and develop automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC programs, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including specifications, drawings, and operational manuals.
Conduct training sessions for operators and maintenance personnel on system operations and troubleshooting techniques.
Assist in the design and development of industrial control panels and operator interfaces.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during system design and implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with Rockwell PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
Familiarity with Siemens PLCs and SCADA/HMI systems is a plus.
Strong understanding of variable frequency drives and control systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical for control panel design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
