Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Lead in Land Development to oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with all regulations related to land development and civil engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage land development projects from initial planning through to execution
Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and other engineers to ensure project alignment
Prepare and review engineering designs and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any potential issues promptly
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, EIT/FE Required
Experience in land development and civil engineering projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
