Details:
• 6-month contract to full-time hire with the client.
• $50-$55/hr on contract with medical, vision, dental and 401k benefits offered.
• Hybrid scheduled in Charlotte NC (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of RPA Development - UiPath
• Experience with UiPath Unattended and Attended Automations
• Advanced Experience with SQL/JSON • Experience leading junior developers or offshore development teams
• Great communicator/facilitator

Day-to Day & Responsibilities Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline and optimize our business processes. You will lead a team of offshore RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, defining project requirements, and developing robust RPA solutions using UiPath tools. Additionally, you will oversee the testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA bots, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

As an RPA Development Lead, you will also be responsible for mentoring and training team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and maximum impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of RPA technologies. • Meet with resources in their time zone
• Enforce standards and policies
• Coordinate access requests
• Monitor testing and defect resolution
• Coordinate dev on call support
• Collect metrics
• Host the daily stand-up as needed
• Coordinate new roadmap rollouts
• Enforce dev on-call, escalations
• Propose tools & efficiencies
• Enforce defect resolution
• Do development as time permits
• Coordinate consistent, supportable design and corresponding design documentation
• Coordinate release documentation
• Work with Ops to prepare for release including capacity
• Support deployments as needed
• Help to coordinate and troubleshoot technical matters
• Work with manager to manage offshore skills to match company needs.
