Responsibilities
Specialize in servicing and repairing complex office products.
Manage territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
Provide 2nd level technical support to other technicians.
Drive revenue through supply leads, contract sales, and equipment assessments.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Perform diagnostics, installations, and retrofits on office products.
Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and technical seminars for staff.
Assume Field Technology Service Manager responsibilities as needed.
Handle difficult customer situations to ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain a "car stock" inventory.
Qualifications
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience, including at least 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.
Valid state driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage as per company policy.
Completion of technical school.
