Position: Enterprise System Testing Engineer Responsibilities: - New feature test design for networking devices, surveillance products and the cloud management platform. - Design, build, and maintain Testbed infrastructure, triage Automated regression failures and provide failure analysis to certify software releases. - Review the requirements, specifications and test plans and provide feedback from a testing perspective. - write clear procedures, bug descriptions and test reports. - Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of testing network products or Camera/NVR experience. - Basic knowledge of Radius, VLAN technologies, 802.1x, Captive portal. - Good understanding of networking architecture such as Routing/Switching (OSPF / BGP /IS-IS), IP, TCP/UDP, and application layers such as HTTP, SNMP, etc. - Good understanding in security products & technologies like Firewall, NAT, IPS, and VPN. - Strong ability to write quality code (automation test code) with Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Ruby. - Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): - Experienced with SDN system or surveillance system testing is a plus - Experienced with Cloud performance testing is a plus - Experienced with software development is a plus - Experience with a large-scale enterprise network deployment is a plus
