We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Business Analyst with a focus on the Bio/Pharma industry to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with business users and technical teams to drive enhancements, document functional designs, and support SAP system optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with experience in SAP QA and QC for S4 Hana Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP S/4HANA QM Initiatives: Act as the primary IT contact for Quality stakeholders, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management processes (e.g., inspection, quality release, and returns).
Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with business users to identify areas for improvement, propose system enhancements, and ensure the SAP solution aligns with industry best practices and business requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, external vendors, and business units to support system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate end-to-end Quality processes in SAP S/4HANA.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and enhance reporting capabilities to support Quality functions, ensuring accurate data capture and decision-making across the organization.
Project Management & Support: Lead SAP S/4HANA Quality Management projects, oversee testing phases, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
Requirements:
SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Minimum of 5 years' experience as an SAP Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA QM, MM, SD, and EWM, particularly in the Life Sciences industry.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Sox Compliance, and other relevant regulations in the Life Sciences sector.
Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify technical issues, and develop solutions within the SAP environment.
Project Management Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to both business and IT teams.
