Hybrid role. Must be available to be onsite but majority of role will be remote - LOCAL position.
Must Haves: • Significate experience implementing an enterprise-wide call center platform • Experience leading complex multi team, company project management teams • Experience maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders that fosters solid collaboration • Demonstrated ability to be successful in a high-pressure demanding work environment • Proven ability to communicate and creatively problem solve with various levels of leadership and staff
Scope of Position
Responsible for leading the initiation, planning, execution and closure phases of the project life cycle for IT projects involving multiple technologies, multiple systems, business unit functions and stakeholders. Projects range in size from medium to large complex efforts in support of strategic business goals and objectives for our organization. Applies project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project and program activities in order to meet IT related delivery requirements against a baseline of cost, schedule, and scope.
