Presales Engineer is s required by a growing Enterprise Software Company to join their business development team and be responsible for responsible for translating customer needs, presenting product, showcasing the value of the product, and supporting sales and product development teams.
You will be responsible for:
Engaging with clients to uncover their business requirements and technical challenges and conducting analysis required to align the product with customer needs.
Building in-depth product knowledge and investigating its integration potential within diverse IT environments.
Delivering product demonstrations, custom-tailored to address specific client needs and particular audiences.
Collaborating with sales, product development, and marketing teams to enhance presentations and align on customer solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders support them throughout the presales process.
Address customer inquiries and provide feedback to the product development team.
Required experience:
Proven experience presales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles for SaaS products.
Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills as well as ability to present technical concepts to clients
Ability to gain deep technical understanding of the product and its integration with various IT environments.
Cybersecurity, mobile management or endpoint management products experience.
