The IT System Administrator Tier II will be responsible for administration of serves & cloud based solutions, sever as the highest point of escalation on the service desk and assist with projects such as server implementations and cloud migrations.
IT System Administrator Tier II Responsibilities:
Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, SharePoint, Windows Server, SQL etc.
Support services for virtualization technologies: VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V
Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Administer hosted and cloud solutions for customers using technologies that meet their requirements.
Advanced support and implementation of our backup and disaster recovery solutions
Remote access solution support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets.
Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
IT System Administrator Tier II Requirements:
Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) - must have requirement
