One of our top logistics clients in the Atlanta area is seeking a seasoned Program Director to drive and successfully deliver complex, strategic programs across their global organization. This role will be critical in achieving key business objectives, including mergers & acquisitions, business transformation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of high-impact, strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A, digital transformation, process improvement).
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Oversee program budgets, risk management, and quality assurance, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience managing large-scale programs in a global organization.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
