• rive the development process from concept to release, ensuring alignment with product goals and user expectations.E
• nforce best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of web applications.C
• ontinuously assess and improve the team's technical skills, productivity, and efficiency through training, coaching, and feedback.S
• tay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Web development, and incorporate them into the development process as appropriate.F
• oster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the Web development team and across the organization.

ualifications:B

• achelor's or Graduate's Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.M
• inimum of 7 years of experience in web software development.E
• xcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.S
• trong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable code.P
• roficiency in web UI/UX design principles and best practices, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.P
• roficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React.E
• xperience with Stencil.js and React-Native is a plus.E
• xperience with Node.js, Nest.js is a plus.E
• xperience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, CI/CD, Confluence.E
• xperience with cloud technologies, API integration, and backend development is a plus
