The goal of this team is to leverage AI to drive efficiencies and predictive maintenance across their 34 manufacturing sights and 800 lines. The Director of AI will be responsible for building his team of 5-10 resources. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the manufacturing industry and have at least 1 year of professional experience leveraging AI to drive efficiencies and optimize business operations. Additional responsibilities include:
Innovation: Drive innovation by enabling emerging technologies such as IoT, Analytics, Generative AI, and AR/VR solutions. Align these innovations with our corporate vision and strategy.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and competition analyses, identifying new technology challenges. Map findings to our organization's digital maturity for adoption in both Consumer and Enterprise markets.
Legacy Systems Modernization: Strategically phase out end-of-life hardware and software, replacing them with modern digital and emerging technologies. Focus areas include IoT, Analytics, and Generative AI across various domains.
Build and Scale: Manage large-scale multiyear Digital Transformation program for modernizing production facilities using technologies for Industry 4.0 use cases, Connected Factory, and M/AI.
