This role involves reimaging 1,200 laptops for multiple locations, with the goal of ensuring smooth transitions for users and reliable, ready-to-go devices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Reimage approximately 5-10 laptops per day, following a structured reimaging process.
Coordinate closely with end-users for deployment and pick-up of devices.
Travel to secondary locations within a 10-mile radius to assist with reimaging and equipment delivery.
Provide consistent, high-quality support throughout the project duration, adhering to attendance and project timelines.
Qualifications:
Background in computing support, helpdesk, or network engineering.
Prior experience in reimaging or IT support roles is highly preferred.
College degree, technical certifications, or equivalent training in computing may substitute for direct experience.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt to the reimaging process.
Reliable transportation and commitment to the full duration of the project are essential.
