Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft Teams Room Experience

Position Summary:
Insight Global is in search of a Voice Systems Tech to support one of our water solutions companies to support our client's telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of voice communication systems, particularly with Cisco Call Manager, Zoom Phone, and 8x8 Voice Applications. This role will focus on assisting in the configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of our voice solutions to enhance organizational communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and configuration of Cisco Call Manager, Zoom Voice, and 8x8 platforms.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of 8x8 Contact Center and other voice applications.
Utilize ServiceNow to generate and manage tickets for troubleshooting and support requests.
Support troubleshooting efforts for voice-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement voice solutions that align with business needs.
Participate in system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of voice services.
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures for reference.
Provide basic training and support to end-users on voice systems and applications
