This unique and exciting role within our Supply Chain team will be responsible for large and small-scale project work associated with modeling and optimizing the WSI end-to-end supply chain. This position requires a combination of technical skills, supply chain knowledge, and emotional intelligence to lead change management initiatives and adopt consensus amongst cross functional stakeholders.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
Perform optimization and maintenance of critical Supply Chain routing and transit tables, including project management activities to implement change
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels including but not limited to: Technology, Transportation, Finance, Sourcing, Distribution/Operations, Inventory, and Engineering
Support the development of repeatable data workflows generating models to optimize the end to end supply chain, using Alteryx and Tableau

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transportation/Logistics, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related work experience
At least 2-3 years of experience utilizing analytics software tools such as: Alteryx, Tableau, and Coupa/LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru or Optilogic Cosmic Frog
Ability to transform large data into actionable insights, including development of data models that blend data from multiple source systems
General knowledge of international and domestic transportation, distribution operations or final mile delivery
Ability to analyze current processes and recommend solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership and with external providers
We prefer some of these qualities as well....
Knowledge of the principles of optimization and how optimization is performed using software packages in the area of Network Optimization, Sales and Operational Planning, or Cost to Serve Analysis
Knowledge of SQL and Python
