Pay Rate - $30.00 - $35.00/hr (Depending on years of experience)
As a Network Analyst, you will support the maintenance of our client's remote sites and data center network infrastructure. The Network Analyst will play a critical role within this team in responding to incident tickets, helping with patchwork, and supporting network transformation projects. Responsibilities
Monitor network performance and submit incident tickets when needed to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network-related projects and initiatives.
Support patch management and update network devices to fix vulnerabilities and improve performance
Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of network data.
Assist in the documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
Help support data center-related network enterprise projects.
Run scripts to automate various network administrative tasks.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and firewalls including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN
Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
Experience supporting and configuring routers and switches is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Proficient in Excel
