Job Description:

As the Senior Vice President of Technology, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's technology vision and strategy. This leadership position requires expertise in overseeing technology initiatives, aligning technology goals with business objectives, and driving innovation. We are seeking a strategic and tactical Senior Vice President of IT to lead and optimize our technology team. This role is responsible for developing IT strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing IT operations, and implementing high-impact technology solutions.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary Range: $200k-$225k annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define technology-driven business solutions, improve product offerings and ensure effective technology governance.
  • Develop and implement the technology strategy to support company growth and objectives.
  • Ensure that technology processes and systems are optimized for security, performance, and user experience.
  • Oversee all technology operations, ensuring alignment with best practices in security, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary IT team, ensuring alignment on objectives and fostering growth.
  • Balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on tactical problem-solving to address immediate needs.
  • Manage a group of key service providers that aggregate Technology execution in the company
  • Lead the database and software product development team across a full system upgrade

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with a proven track record in senior leadership.
  • Strong expertise in technology strategy/planning/execution, budget management, policy development and IT service delivery.
  • Must have lead an organization through a system upgrade or product development.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven expertise in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
