We are looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join our expanding team. In this role, you will support users both onsite and remotely, working closely with the IT Director to maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and support office expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including computers, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity
Respond to and resolve support requests via phone, email, and in-person
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software
Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure security and efficiency
Support users across multiple locations, including remote offices
Manage and monitor remote systems, including WiFi, networking, and access control
Answer inbound technical support calls
Document and track support requests and resolutions in the help desk system
Collaborate with the IT Director on IT projects and initiatives
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot conference rooms and AV equipment
Configure and deploy network infrastructure for new remote offices
Manage data backup procedures to safeguard critical business data and ensure data recovery in case of system failures or disasters
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Desktop Computers and Printer Support experience
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
Experience with Ubiquiti is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Relevant certification in IT or related field
Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, occasional stooping, and reaching; May require lifting-up to 50+ pounds; requires normal range of vision and hearing with or without accommodations.
Must have a valid driver's license
