Data Architect/Sr. Manager - Enterprise and Commercial Analytics
This person must have strong communication and business partnering skills. will be front facing with commercial clients
Must be able to support a dynamic/fast moving client
Must be able to roll with changes/ update on the fly/ comfortable with ambiguity
will participate in stand up meetings 2x/weekly with commercial team
This person will be THE contact for all data asks from clients
Need solid hands on development and architect of datawarehouses, ETL, data integration, MDM ect.
Should have architecture experience and be able to manager external data.
Should be able to program python & SQL (a must) as this person will review work done by consultants
Must have some ELT Tool: they use Matillion but not required (easy to use)
Should have Snowflake/ AWS (strongly preferred)
Should have Tableau
Jira is a plus
All data asks within snowflake and matillion come through this person

Some infrastructure projects- ie: Matillion move from hosted to cloud
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in STEM, or a related work experience is required. • Master's degree is preferred. • 4+ years of expertise in cloud-based database platforms, SQL-based data warehouse design and data modeling (AWS and Snowflake preferred) • 4+ years of expertise with Data Integration platforms (Matillion preferred) • Working knowledge of standard pharmaceutical data sources (such as Rx, HCP/HCO demographics, formulary, CRM, etc.) • Experience with Master Data Management concepts and platforms (Veeva Network preferred) • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce is strongly preferred • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and the ability to communicate complex technology concepts to the Business in a manner that relates to their goals and objectives. • Ability to plan, coordinate and complete multiple projects efficiently, on time and within budget in an environment of challenging and changing priorities
