Essential Job Functions - the basic job duties an must be able to perform:
Reconcile, analyze and manager accounting records including cash receipts, registry funds and deposit funds, as well as subsidiary ledgers for allotments and other fiscal records.
Issue warrants; assess fees as appropriate; interpret judges' orders, verify documents for legal sufficiency; process legal documents according to judges' order, policies, procedures, and state statutes.
Prepare courtroom for session; enter judicial directives into court case management system; review case documents and provide assistance to ancillary personnel to ensure compliance with Judge's directives; ensure accuracy of courtroom minutes and resolve compliance and non-compliance issues
