The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all technology systems and infrastructure supporting the firm's legal operations and business objectives. This includes overseeing hardware, software, network systems, and data centers to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable operations. In this role, you will lead a team of IT professionals, collaborate with other departments to understand their infrastructure needs, and develop strategies that align with the company's growth and technology objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in a Microsoft-centric IT environment, with management experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft 365 Suite
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, MPLS, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, and extensive knowledge of Internet protocols, standards, and technologies.
Experience with WAN optimization and Cisco WAAS.
Familiarity with SD-WAN technology.
Knowledge of Cisco Meraki wireless solutions.
Experience with Zoom phone systems.
Skilled in implementing and designing corporate structured cabling systems.
