We are seeking a highly motivated Billing and Collections Specialist with 5+ years of billing experience within a law firm setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3E or Aderant and possess strong Excel skills, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and more.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of billing experience in a law firm
• Experience with Elite or Aderant
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with legal billing processes and collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
