Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the personal banking space, is seeking an experienced PEGA Trainer to join the team in Jacksonville, FL! The ideal candidate will have experience live training users and a strong familiarity with the PEGA platform. The PEGA Trainer will be responsible for assessing project needs, creating training materials, and leading training sessions for teams. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work for a large organization with the ability to make an impact from day 1!
Experience of the right candidate:
Experience training teams both in person and online.
Strong familiarity with PEGA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
Attend project calls to understand the changes and analyze the project process.
Assess the needs for training materials.
Help create the necessary training materials for the project.
Train teams of 20-30 people on PEGA.
Lead PEGA training sessions live in person and online over video conference.
