Job Title: Genesys Cloud Developer
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, technical architects, and project managers to deliver customized, scalable, and robust cloud contact center solutions. You will be responsible for configuring, programming, and integrating Genesys Cloud APIs and developing applications that improve customer service and support capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Configuration: Configure and optimize the Genesys Cloud platform, including designing IVR call flows, integrating chatbots, and setting up multi-channel communication workflows.
Custom Development: Develop custom applications using Genesys Cloud APIs and SDKs to enhance platform functionality and meet business requirements.
Integration: Integrate Genesys Cloud with other enterprise systems (such as CRM, ERP, and customer databases) using RESTful APIs, Web Services, or middleware.
Workflow Design: Design and implement routing workflows, call flows, and agent scripts to optimize customer experiences and operational efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support for existing Genesys Cloud implementations, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, code, and technical specifications for deployed solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and UAT to ensure the robustness and reliability of solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and customer support, to deliver a unified solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) or related contact center platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Genesys Cloud API, WebRTC, and other Genesys tools.
Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and OAuth 2.0 for API integrations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Knowledge of contact center concepts, call routing, IVR flows, and workforce management.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
