We have an exciting opportunity for a Tech Ops Analyst with our industry-leading client in Mooresville, NC.

Rate: $32 - $38 / hr. w2
Responsibilities
Provide cross-functional support to teams building tools integrating with marketing systems.
Support new system rollout and transition planning.
Document process best practices and create onboarding materials for creative systems/tools.
Assist Creative Ops team with capacity planning progression via Workfront.
Facilitate new release testing and basic feature release testing in Stage environment, providing feedback.
Provide coordination support for progress reviews and cross-functional alignment meetings.
Perform remote or in-person technical support for technology products and applications.
Analyze and prioritize incoming requests and alerts, escalating as necessary.
Perform setup and maintenance of computer systems, including hardware and software upgrades.
Contribute to the knowledge repository for technical support and document workarounds.
Participate in meetings with vendors to resolve service failures or issues.
Experience Requirements
2 years of IT experience in a support or operations environment working with PC or client/server platforms and/or hardware.
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and break/fix repairs on technology.

Education Requirements
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
