You will support multiple projects and will identify/document pain points in order to determine project materials needs. You will communicate these findings to various cross-functional internal departments and help to build & maintain store-level trackers. This role is a mix of project management/coordination, project planning, analysis, reporting, process improvement, etc.
This is an 8-month contract(potential to extend or convert) in the Vinings.
This is a hybrid role: work in-office Mon-Thu & remotely on Fri.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with cross-functional teams to identify, create and execute all project planning needs
Work with Merchandise Services & Execution teams to create all project communications
Work with Communications team for all store and field project communications
Work with 3rd party vendors for any necessary project installation guides
Work on project issues in partnership with the Issue Resolutions team
Work directly with fixture vendors to ensure that Execution teams have what they need to complete any given project and/or to resolve any open system issues
Provide weekly project status updates for Leadership updates
Audit project completion photos in database and resolve any incomplete stores
Provide weekly project execution status reporting
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years as a PM, Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Supply Chain Analyst/Coordinator
