We are excited to announce an opportunity available for a Project Administrator with our Richmond based client's organization! The PA would work collaboratively within the team at all levels, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Project Executive. Primary functions would be to maintain communications with construction team, sub-contractors, and city officials to ensure all documents, permits, invoices/billing statements, etc. are received and ensure they are all managed appropriately throughout the life cycle of the Project.

This is a role for an experienced contractor/subcontractor admin who would be ready to hit the ground running!
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the entire document related process:
Obtaining documents, permits, bills, certificates of occupancy, etc.
Ensuring documents are prepared/completed and processed completely, correctly, and in a timely manner, to include close-out documents
Tracking all necessary paperwork, remaining aware of current status of all project related documents (Procore)
Oversee subcontractor billing processes and assist in owner billing (Textura)
Participate in Project Meetings, taking minutes
Maintain open communications with Sr PM, Project Executives, subcontractors, and others
Manage multiple calendars within the leadership team
Key Skills ("Must haves!"):
Hands-on experience using Procore software.
3+ years of Contractor/Subcontractor experience in an administrative capacity
Strong, astute organizational and prioritization skills
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
Other Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or strong relevant work experience
