Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Project Executive to ensure project goals are met and exceed client expectations.
Ensure field teams are fully supported with all necessary project information.
Lead communications among clients, field staff, BIM teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Manage project finances, including budget tracking and forecasting.
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain a 3-6 month look-ahead schedule to ensure timely project milestones.
Organize and lead weekly in-house coordination meetings.
Track and report on labor productivity and project metrics.
Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
Mentor and coach direct reports to enhance team leadership skills.
Pursue innovative tools, processes, and ideas to strengthen client solutions.
